parkrun Temple Newsam is a free, weekly, community-led 5km event that takes place every Saturday morning in the beautiful grounds of the Temple Newsam Estate in Leeds. Welcoming runners, joggers, walkers, and volunteers of all abilities, it provides a safe, inclusive, and socially active environment to start the weekend. The course offers a challenging but scenic route through the historic parkland, featuring woodland trails and views of the magnificent Tudor-Jacobean mansion. Since its inception, parkrun has become a vital part of the local community, promoting physical health and mental well-being while fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among participants and supporters.
