The National Eisteddfod of Wales is the largest cultural festival of its kind in Europe, attracting over 150,000 visitors annually. Dating back to the historic gathering at Cardigan Castle in 1176, the modern festival offers a spectacular week-long showcase of traditional and contemporary talent.

The heart of the festival revolves around the iconic Gorsedd Ceremonies on the main stage, including the Crowning of the Bard and the Chairing of the Bard for exceptional poetry, accompanied by majestic choral singing, traditional triple-harp playing, and competitive performances. Across the Maes (festival field), you will find hundreds of stalls, live bands, theatre productions, and interactive exhibitions.
